Called to inquire about pre-purchase vehicle inspection. When I asked if I could speak to Phil, the person on the other line informed me that Phil has not worked at the shop in four years. When I asked who was running the shop, the man/woman on the line replied: "Me." When I asked for them to offer a name, they refused and asked who I was and why I was calling. By the blatant dismissive attitude and evasive way they handled the phone call, I will absolutely NOT bring a vehicle there for pre-inspection or any type of work for that matter. (Note: they quoted it would take 30mins for an exterior and only 60mins for a full pre-inspection. Sounds like a shady autoshop to me.)
